Shipping process

Once we have processed your order, and received the payment, we will ship it via spanish postal service. When shipped the status of your order will change to Sent status.

Freight Rates

AS an special offer, La Línea Peluda offers that freight rates:

• 1.5 Euros to Spain or Andorra
• 5 Euros to other countries

The true freight rates are the spanish Postal Service ones. If you exchange or return the goods, we will charge you the difference between the true and the paid freight rates.

Returns

You have up to ten days after receiving the goods to exchange them. To do it, send them back to with a copy of the packing list to this address:


Only in the case that you had received a wrong order, we will pay the shipping costs up to the above freight rates. Remember, if you return or exchange the goods, we will charge you the difference between the true and the paid freight rates.
